Terms and Conditions: Your reservation assumes release of the operator from any liability or any assumption of claims, risks and indemnity. The operator reserves the right to cancel any tour due to unforeseen or unfavorable circumstances. No single riders allowed.
Bookings: This is a booking site only, and we do not ask for your credit card info. All payment are done via credit card to your driver after the tour or via etransfers. Boat tours, Mission Hill and Cedar Creek bookings have to be pre-paid and are non-refundable. The booking price does not reflect the final price. There will be a 5% GST tax added to the price shown.
Boat Tours: Please note, in case of bad weather the boat tour may be cancelled on the day. If that happens, you will receive a refund for the boat portion, but the wine tour will go on as usual.
Cancellation Policy: We require 72 hr cancellation notice.
Code of Conduct: All wine tour guests are expected to conduct themselves with consideration to others. The operator reserves the right to dismiss anyone from the tour who appears intoxicated, abusive and disrespectful.
Free Pick Up: Our pick ups and drop offs are free anywhere in Kelowna and West Kelowna , with the exception of Westside Rd, where we only go as far as Bear Creek Provincial Park. Out of town pick up are $10 extra per person, three people minimum.
Vehicle: Our vehicle is not a BUS, but a large SUV, a Pontiac Enclave that is able to accommodate 6 -7 guests. It has three rows of seats. In the front is the driver and one guest, in the middle it seats two comfortably or three snugly. In the back it seats two comfortably or three snugly.
Private tours: All our tours are private.
Bookings for 2 people only: There is an additional charge of $20 plus gst per person, when booking a tour for 2 people only. Please note: 2 people tours are not available during July/Aug.
