Adriane was absolutely amazing! She picked us up right from our home, and suggested 5 fantastic wineries, also taking us to Mission Hill and one of her other favourites (Ciao Bella; do Italian accent for pronunciation)! She had crackers and water ready for us, as well as coolers to keep wine chilled. She was amazingly knowledgable in everything wine. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! (She also took countless of photos of us in the wind…. her patience is amazing ;)! )

Our experience with carefree wine tours was phenomenal! From the very start they were super accommodating and wanting to go above and beyond to make our tour the best it could be. The guide was very knowledgeable about wines and taught us quite a bit. She knew many of the staff at the wineries we visited and therefore they made our visit memorable. The guide brought along refreshments and light snacks for us which was a nice touch. This is a private tour as well so it allows for a more personalized trip and you are able to spend as much time at each winery as need be. It was refreshing to be “carefree” for day and not feel pressured to hurry like you are with a large group tour. The guide was absolutely lovely and a delight to spend the day with. If you are planning a trip to kelowna I highly recommend booking with this company!!!
Adriane was incredible. The tour she gave us was outstanding. Her passion for wine, incredible customer service and overall love for the Kelowna region shines though throughout the entire tour. Adriane was a fantastic host, she brought me and my girlfriend to 5 wineries and lunch on a boat. it was a wonderful relaxed day. Adriane is a very knowledgeable guide and had some great tips throughout the day. she also was very well prepared for the social distancing precautions.
We had our tour with Adriane and she was absolutely amazing! She arrived on time and explained all of what she was doing to make us feel safe during Covid. She even had hand sanitizer available for each one of us and brought water bottles and crackers for is to enjoy. She was so informative about all of the different wineries we drove to and when we told her how much we love white wines, she went out of her way to request mostly white wines for us to taste.
Moreover she was incredibly social and so friendly with us and took lots of photos of us I would 10/10 recommend her, she even went out of her way to drive us to a delicious fruit stand
We payed $85 each for our tour with took the four of us to four different wineries and even though it was one of the cheaper tours, 100% would do it again. So worth it
Adriane took us to 6 wineries of our choice and went out of her way to make our wine tasting experience the best! I highly recommend using Carefree Wine tours on your next visit to Kelowna.

Adriane was amazing – we had a great tour
We booked a private tour as we had just one afternoon for a wine tour and we were arriving from Vancouver and couldn’t be sure of our arrival time. Adriane was just brilliant. She identified a good range of vineyards that met the criteria we wanted (unusual, small scale, organic etc) and added an extra one on the day after talking to us. Her recommendations were excellent. In a short afternoon we experienced a great variety of wineries and she was an engaging and knowlegable host. I would definitely recommend her.

Myself and three girlfriends were on our sixth annual wine tour to the Okanagan and were very lucky to have chosen Adriane of Carefree Wine Tours as our guide for an afternoon. Because we have been to so many wineries in the Kelowna area in the past we decided on the “Your Choice” wine tour which is a private tour that offers six wineries of your choice. Adriane very helpfully provides a list ( with links to websites) of the wineries to choose from. Because we like to go out for lunch prior to our wine tour we decided on a 1:30 pm start time. Adriane was an exceptional guide–most definitely the best that we have had for any of our wine tours ( and we have had a lot of good guides). She was engaged, very knowledgeable, organized, helpful and kind. She provided water, crackers, chocolate and even cheese. She was like a mother hen making sure that we were well taken care of (and had our hats and sunscreen on, drank plenty of water and ate crackers to cleanse our palates between tastings). She was always offering to take photos of our group ( which is a first). The people at the wineries all knew her and it seemed to us they went out of their way to make our experience great. We could not say enough about Adriane. If you are in Kelowna and are looking for a guide make sure that you choose Adriane. You will not be disappointed. Extremely highly recommended!!
